University of Guelph Collaborative Research Agreement Template

The University of Guelph Collaborative Research Agreement is used for sponsored research which: i) is of mutual interest and benefit to the Principal Investigator (PI) and sponsor, ii) has been defined (the scope and allocation of funds) primarily by the PI, iii) is expected to lead to scientific knowledge or scholarly findings, and iv) the sponsor seeks to be governed by agreement terms that deviate from the three key elements of a Research Grant. University of Guelph Confirmation for Research Aiming to Advance Sensitive Technology Research Areas
  • The policy on Sensitive Technology Research and Affiliations of Concern (STRAC) requires that researchers with a named role in the project complete a STRAC Attestation Form which is to be submitted with the funding application. The policy also requires that all team members, including those that don't have a named role, comply with policy, even they don't need to complete an Attestation.
