Electronic CAF Request The Electronic CAF Request is used for initiating any process at the CAF/Isolation Facilities. This multi-purpose form is used for requesting the purchase of animals, accommodation, technical supplies or services, and import/export of animals to other facilities. The number assigned to each CAF Request correlates to the cost-recovery of the facility and any subsequent journal entries to the coding provided. |
