ACS Transfer Form The Transfer form was initiated by Animal Care Services and Central Animal Facility to facilitate transfers of animals between research teams. It makes animal tracking easier and more accurate, keeps the biosecurity of our facility at a high standard and ensures accuracy for monthly billing of animal maintenance within the facility. |

Animal Incident Report An Animal Incident Report (AIR) must be filed with the Animal Care Committee for every incident involving an animal listed on an AUP that is outside of the expected conditions of that AUP. If, at any time, there is doubt as to whether or not to submit an AIR, the default action is to submit. This form can no longer be submitted via fax. Instead, please e-mail to acc@uoguelph.ca. |
