Looking to increase your research impact and online presence?
Learn how to effectively leverage social media to increase awareness of your research. Join us for hands-on social media training for:

  • Twitter
  • Social Networking for Researchers: Academia.edu
  • LinkedIn
  • WordPress.com

This workshop introduces attendees to the best practices for creating an online identity using a variety of tools. You'll learn how to create an online identity using a variety of tools and understand how to use these to raise your online profile and share your research.

You must bring a laptop in order to participate. Create an account for Twitter, LinkedIn, Academia.edu and WordPress.com prior to attending to maximize the experience.
