A fluorescent microscopy image showing the expression of IBA-1 using a green fluorochrome, and thus resulting in a beautiful sky of fluorescent 'stars'. This image was taken for a project that examined the pattern of expression of IFN-Y from various cell-types in African Buffalo (Syncerus caffer) as they aged.
