Potato Guardian demonstrating the native potatoes he cultivates in Cuzco

The UoG is part of a research team investigating potato conservation in the Andes of Peru. The potato guardian in the photo is a partner in our research projects. We together are identifying benefits and challenges of the in-situ conservation of potatoes in the Andean communities.
