All nominations require 3 Letters of Reference and each letter MUST:

1. be from established authorities in the field
2. be free from Conflict of Interest (COI)
3. emphasize the nominee's accomplishments in their previous CRC term (e.g., be outstanding and world-class, proposing original and innovative research that is high in quality, producing leading edge results making a significant impact at an international level. Can attract, develop and retain excellent HQP).

ORS-Strategic Programs will contact 3 referees. Referees will upload their letters directly in the Convergence portal.
