How to Apply
How to nominate: The nomination process involves three people: (i) the nominator(s); the executive head of the university; and the nominee. The nominator(s) write(s) a letter that explains why the nominee deserves consideration for the Fellowship. The executive head of the university provides a letter endorsing the nomination. The nominee prepares the documentation identified on the nomination page [1].
As was confirmed by NSERC in previous years, nomination letters are to be endorsed by the executive head of the University. Please note, College Deans can serve as the executive head for the purposes of these nominations (as well as the AVPR and/or VPR).
How to submit nominations: Nominations can be submitted by fax: 613-996-2589 [5] or electronically via Secure Submissions for NSERC’s Innovative Collaborations and Science Promotion Programs [6]. Documents must be submitted as a single document in PDF format.
