Submission deadlines during the December 2019/January 2020 holiday schedule
The Office of Research Services wishes to remind researchers that the University of Guelph will be closed from Monday, December 23, 2019 through Wednesday, January 1, 2020. The University reopens Thursday, January 2, 2020.
In light of the holiday schedule, the Office of Research Services is advising researchers that any submissions due to sponsors with external deadlines of Wednesday, January 1, 2020 through Wednesday January 8, 2020 are due between December 11-13, 2019 to allow enough time for review and any needed revisions. No internal deadlines will be posted the week of December 16, 2019. The detailed schedule is below:

Submissions, to include a signed OR-5 Form along with a budget, proposal and/or copy of agreement or award documentation, may be mailed or dropped off in person to the Office of Research Services, Room 437 of the University Centre, or e-mailed to research.services@uoguelph.ca.
