Description
This Knowledge to Action Grant has been created to encourage ideas that will close the gap between what is known from research and what is done with that knowledge. These grants are intended to provide funding for research projects that build on existing cancer research findings and aim to improve outcomes and experiences through knowledge translation (KT).
