Description

The NATO Innovation Challenge is seeking innovative solutions that improve space domain awareness.

Solutions can include any combination of methodologies, concepts, techniques and technologies.

The purpose of the NATO Innovation Challenge is to tap into the minds of innovative people and teams to find more effective and efficient ways for NATO, and other response organizations, to ensure security and respond to crisis situations. Relevant solutions could support the development of future NATO concepts, doctrine, standards, requirements, capability development, and will get stage-time at NATO-wide events.

Eligibility

The NATO Innovation Challenge is looking for entrepreneurs, designers, thinkers, engineers, scientists, coders, and innovators. 

You may participate as an individual or as part of an industry or academia. 

Prize

There will be $8,500 in monetary prize for this competition.

Please submit the nomination directly to the NATO Innovation Challenge web-page. Please also submit a copy of the full nomination and OR-5 to research.services@uoguelph.ca.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted online through the NATO Innovation Challenge web-page. Create an account at InnovationHub-act.org and check the box "Join the Innovation Challenge."

Please submit an OR-5 and a completed application to research.services@uoguelph.ca by the external deadline.
