The Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC) Board of Directors approved the CCAC Strategic Plan 2015-2020 in May 2015. Since then, the CCAC has been working toward achieving the five goals identified in that plan. As they are now at the half-way point of this plan, the CCAC would like to hear from their primary stakeholders, about how you believe they are meeting their mandate and mission.
They have put together a brief survey, and ask that you please take a few moments to share any concerns or suggestions you may have. This confidential survey is expected take less than 10 minutes to complete and should be submitted no later than December 14, 2018. All responses are completely anonymous.
